Good place to eat. My family was born and raised in Carlisle for generations and it’s nice to see some uncles and such up on the walls. I really do like their subs, and their pizza is good too. The service is always friendly, I like that it’s within walking distance of some fun shops in Carlisle and the Library. It’s definitely a place you’ll want to visit if you’re touring Carlisle.
Best Pan Pizza in the area. Even though their pizza is more expensive than most, it’s still worth every cent. I typically enjoy thin, NY style crust, but at George’s I really enjoy the pan pizza. Crust, sauce and cheese are all high quality. I don’t know if they still deliver (I don’t live in Carlisle any longer), but if they do it makes them one of the few top-tier pizza shops that I know of that does.
