Our Favorite Restaurant. I have yet to have a disappointing meal at Issei and I don’t think I ever will. I have been dining there for over four years and both the food and family the runs it is phenomenal. If you are local to the Greater Carlisle area and have not dined at Issei Noodle, shame on you. The food is amazing, fast, and fresh. If you are passing through or are visiting Carlisle, then stopping by, would be a must. #23 egg noodle delight, #17A Sakura Warm Ramen, D7 Hanbun-Hanbun, #8 Spicy Tan-Tan Ramen. This would be a great place to start! I highly recommend them!
