Our vision for Spoons was to create a unique, farm-to-table dining experience by cutting the chemicals, not the portions and taking itno consideration those who have dietary restrictions or simply want healthy options. Six homemade soups daily made completely from scratch. Fresh "build your own" salads and sandwiches, wraps, and paninis all made using fresh meats smoked and carved in-house - no processed lunch meats at Spoons (so no nitrates, preservatives, or MSG.) Gluten-free and vegan options available every day. Also serving freshly brewed iced tea and craft sodas made with cane sugar (so no high fructose corn syrup). Fresh baked homemade desserts also offered daily (gluten-free options available).
