Where’s the beef?. Talked into getting a ‘Primanti Style’ sandwich and is was 95% fries, and couple of skimpy steak-um style strips of meat at the bottom.Not that Primanti’s is particularly good, but this was a pretty lame imitation.Will not be back.
Hit or miss on preparation. Have ordered from here many times. Sometimes the food is great, others it is overcooked and bland. The wing sauces are really good but the wings always seem to be overdone (I always request soft and chewy and the always seem to be hard and crunchy). If they would be more consistent in making the food the way customers requested, I would be more willing to recommend them.
Pittsburgh Style Sandwiches + Craft Beer. Sandwiches are good with fresh ingredients with slaw and fries on top. Fries and slaw are better than most. Also, good cajun chicken salad. You won’t leave hungry!
They are known for their sandwiches which are like Primantis but their wings are excellent!
Terrific!. One of my favorite things to do on business trips is find local places and avoid the chains I’m stuck with in airports. Bowsers had it all — great local flavor, great service, and over 150 beers on hand to choose from. Definitely will go back the next time I am in town.
Puts Primanti’s to shame. This place took the idea of Primanti’s and actually made it good. Their sandwiches are fresh, top quality ingredents, large portions… It’s a great place for a sandwich, try the cajun chicken salad.
