Extremely slow and poor service. We had a party of eight and half of the meals were wrong or not cooked properly. Waited 1.5 hours for our food. We expressed our concerns to the management and she looked at us like we were crazy. The establishment itself is real nice but that’s about it. Save yourself the aggravation and go dine somewhere else.
Poorly executed. Nice ambience, great service, excellent menu. That’s all the nice I can say about this place.Ordered a filet ($30) medium rare, came well done. Hosting customers who chose restaurant and didn’t want to make a big deal by mentioning it or sending it back. I can understand being a little off but there’s quite a spread between medium rare and well done! The point of entertaining is to keep your customers happy. I just won’t go back on my own.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!. Went to this restaurant for my mother’s birthday. After waiting OVER an hour for dinner. I asked the waiter if he was going to add gratuity onto our bill (we had 6 in our party). He (his name is Brett) said other servers do, but he does not. When my bill came he had added gratuity! When I asked him why he did that he said the owner told him to. When I then asked to speak with the owner, he flat out REFUSED to come and talk to me. I have NEVER been treated as poorly as I had in this place. SAVE yourself time and aggravation go to Rosalie’s, a lot less expensive and ten times better food!!!
