  WORST. PLACE. EVER. I have ordered from here on a few occasions due to convenience, but I’ve been dissapointed every time. The staff is extremely rude when I place and pick up my order. The prices are never the same when I pick up the order as well as not matching the online or paper menu prices. A few times I had to wait for my order after showing up well past the time they quoted and my food was still cold. Not once has my order been correct and when I address it, they argue with me saying that I ordered wrong. Once after ordering two breakfast specials, the price was $4 more than the menu. The explaination was that the special ended at 9 a.m. and I should have known that. This information was not passed along to me when I placed the order. Tasteless food. Ignorant staff. Always empty. I don’t know how this place stays open and, for the sake of food, I hope it closes soon.

  I went to Katrina’s for the second time today. I had purchased 2 gift certificates for my kids from local flavor. They are dine in only certificates and I’ve used many at different restaurants. Most restaurants are great and we have found new favorites. This was not the case with Katrina’s. Our first visit they were short staffed so our waitress had to leave to become a delivery driver. Our pizza took forever. So the food was ok so we tried it the second time today. Three of us went. My son ordered a Stromboli and my daughter and I each ordered cheesesteaks. We ordered a boneless chicken appetizer, which we received half way thru our sandwiches. So we ate our chicken and everyone ate half their lunch. We asked for our check and three boxes for the leftovers. The owner came out and made a big deal about us each wanting to take our sandwich halves. She said she would let us but that it states dine in only and we shouldn’t be able to take it because people order extra to use up all the money on those gift certificates and you’re not supposed too! You can’t get change and she didn’t want us to order three lunches for three people? Leftovers counts as takeout? NOT a friendly place.

  Best small town value and taste!!!. I have been a Katrina’s food lover since before they moved to their new location even! Truly great food and great prices to. Try the stuffed pocket some time!
