$42 for 2 breakfasts. We each had 4 eggs and bacon and we waited over 15 minutes. I will never eat here again, and I am going to try my best to make sure that anyone I know does not eat here ever. This is the most expensive breakfast I have ever seen.
Every time I go the service is good and so is the food. Not great but not bad either. Although, I do think it’s over priced for what you get. Diner food is usually a little cheaper and I spent as much here as I would have if I went out somewhere nicer.

Disappointed. We are new to the area so we have been trying local, family run or small restaurants that we are not familiar with to help us determine when we go out to eat, where should we go. My daughter 15 months and myself approached this diner yesterday and first thought was…It looked pretty clean and they seemed to have a wide variety of food so lets give it a go!! We did and then the disappointment set in. Our waitress didn’t even come to our table for 5 minutes!! I should have walked out right there, but decided to hold out and give her the benefit of the doubt. When she came over she got our drink order and then we didn’t see her for about 2-3 minutes and all we ordered was an iced tea and a kids milk. We then ordered. I ordered a pizza for my daughter and a simple turkey club for myself and surprisingly within 6-7 minutes we had received it. The food I would say was mediocre, but nothing special. Granted I didn’t order the most difficult food to prepare, but I wouldn’t go back for either item. The server checked back about 2 minutes after we received our food and that was about it. My daughter was done eating so we were ready to go!! After my daughter and I were both done, the server was no where in sight!! So my daughter and I waited patiently until finally she came around the corner (mind you I had been waiting a good 10 minutes) All I wanted was 2 boxes, my daughters scoop of ice cream and the check! I brought more than half of mine and my daughters lunch home and as I went to reheat it and eat it today I noticed that there was not one, but two pieces of eggshell in my sandwich. Really??? I mean a turkey club!! Needless to say my family and I will not be returning. Maybe in a couple months we may give it another go, but most likely not since I overheard my server telling another staff member about the tip she received, which mind you was a little over 20% that she did NOT deserve. My check was only $16 dollars so that was the best part of the meal!!
Food is awesome. Night waitress is awful.. Horrible service with attitude. Hire a new waitress!!
I often frequent the diner..or used to. There’s a waitress there that works late nights. She has dark curly hair, and is VERY tan…early 40s? …for one, she never checks back after the food is delivered. Also, she adds $ to your check to ensure herself a tip. I could see it happening once or maybe twice adding wrong..but its consistently 3-4$ the last 6 or 7 times I’ve gone there. I work at a local business making very good money and have always tipped 60% or more. Except there. So beware..do your math before leaving her with your money.
It’s Diner Food. It’s diner food, how can you mess that up? Easily, I tell you. One of the things I enjoyed about the Scranton area was the vast amount of diners available to eat at. This one was great. I had pancakes and they were fine ….. nothing terribly special but not bad either. The staff was friendly and had a good time teasing me about being from Florida and trying to survive the snow.
