We were here for brunch and they had a good buffet with a hidden omelete station. The food was good and we were able to get our mimosa & bloody mary to start our brunch off right.

Ate here again for lunch and it was awful. I won’t ever go back. Terrible food and terrible service. I never do this, but I gave waitress only $2 tip, which was generous considering my lunch bill was $16 and that I should have given her a dime. We waited forever for food and for her, for everything. Food was mediocre at best. Menu totally limited and most lunch companions disappointed. (Former review) I’ve only ever been here for lunch and based on that, I would not make this a dinner destination. The food is decent, but the service is slow; consistently slow. The restaurant is trying hard to compete with the hipster joints springing up everywhere, but it’s not quite there. Still, though, it’s a solid lunch choice and if you are staying in the hotel, try it. Just don’t drive a long distance for it.

Uneducated Staff – Inconsistent Food. First visited a few months ago before a concert at Console, and loved the place. All the food we had was fresh, delicious, and a bit unique. We had a little blip when the server didn’t know what wine they had, and didn’t even know what a blush wine was, but other than that no complaints. I actually raved about and recommended the place to a few peopleI returned recently for dinner with a friend. We discovered that they have recently made some changes to the menu, and some dishes we had been looking forward to were gone, so we ordered a few small things to sample while we looked at dinner options. When asked a question about a red wine, the waitress replied that she didn’t know and that she didn’t like red wine.Later, when asked how large a steak was, as the menu didn’t specify, she again simply said she didn’t know. My friend asked if she could take a guess. She said she had no idea but could ask if we really wanted her to. She disappeared and avoided us for a bit. Never did come back with an answer for us. We had to ask a different server to bring us more water because our glasses sat empty for quite some time. He was able to answer our steak question, so we ordered it. Upon receiving the steak, one slice showed that it was undercooked, but not grossly so. One bite however, revealed that there was ZERO seasoning on this piece of meat. it had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. My friend had one bite as well and she agreed. I am by no means a steak snob. I can appreciate a place like Ruth’s Chris, but I can also enjoy a decent steak at longhorn or somewhere. This steak was among the worst I’ve ever had. We ended up sending it back and leaving shortly after. Extremely underwhelming experience, and I’m not sure I would return a 3rd time.

Delicious brunch and nice waitstaff,. But we were pestered and interrupted for drinks for the first hour (asking if we needed refills when it was clear we did not) and our conversation. The female Asian server was warm and charming, though. Okay ambience. Fair amount of children, though it doesn’t strike me as the kind of place for kids (and I have one). I would return.

The chicken on my boring 15$ salad was raw. The Zuc fritters tasted great but two of four were raw. My 25$ lunch was less than 50% edible. I would have complained about the rawness but all of the items were cut so the cooks had to know. Raw chicken juice all over my salad and I accidentally ate a raw fritter.

Not impressed…. We took a group from the office there for lunch today and were pretty disappointed. The atmosphere was nice and we were seated quickly, but the hostess was a bit awkward. She crammed seven of us into a table for six so we were elbow to elbow on one side. It would have been more understandable if the place was busy, but it was pretty slow and there was plenty of space to work with. Drink orders and food orders progressed fine but then it took over 40 minutes to get our food. When it finally came, the burgers were overcooked, the fries were cold, and the lettuce in my salad was brown around the edges. The great ambiance set our expectations high, expecting a great meal (as did the prices) but it was downhill from there. 🙁

Tomato bisque rocks… Decent wine list and the gnocchi was fab. 4 Chinese stars.
