Bill’s is the most convenient restaurant for those who are staying at the Westin because it’s right inside the hotel. Usually, I don’t go to hotel restaurants because those have a tendency to be overpriced, but it was a rainy July 4th and I didn’t want to walk out to the Strip District so what the hey?The dining area looked very comfortable and spacious, with two large sections. There’s a smaller cafe area out back as well. I’m not sure how and when all those areas are used. For this visit, my friends and I sat at the bar. One look at the menu comfirmed what I knew about hotel restaurants. Everything was premium-priced! However, the Pittsburgher I ordered was easily one of the best burgers I’ve ever had so perhaps it’s worth the cost. There are a host of minor issues with service though. The server probably expects everyone to open a bar tab. I had to tell her 3 times that I was paying in cash before it sank in. Call me old-fashioned but I don’t automatically use a credit card for everything. Secondly, she removed the condiment tray before I was done with it.In summary, if you enjoy the premium burgers or simply don’t want to or can’t leave the hotel (like Arkady Balagan in Endgame), I’d say go for it. Otherwise, there are much cheaper options elsewhere.

We ate here on a quiet Sunday night and had a good meal with great service. Our server was very attentive and the food was well cooked and we liked the fact that we could create our own burger combinations. My son really enjoyed his milk shake. If you’re looking for decent American bar food in the convention center area this is worth considering.

Meatloaf not like your Mom’s but still very good. Mashed potatoes Meh. Be sure to order drinks with an extra shot or you’ll be disappointed. Overall good. Server was very helpful.

The only way this place will survive is from hotel and convention center clientele. I had the Bacon & Farmhouse Cheddar Burger. A premium burger at Hardee’s is better!!! The $4.00 little basket of fries was cold. Neither item had any great flavor. Never again.

The previous restaurant located here was The Fish Market which had excellent sushi! When Bills bar came they claimed they kept the same sushi chef. If that is the case then they work him to the bone. The sushi we got still had plastic on. Yes. They pre-make the sushi and wrap it in plastic. Fresh? Hell no. (See attached photo for proof)

Very bad…all the way around. Went for lunch on Sunday to try it out. Only6-7 tables were seated when we arrived in the whole restaurant. Dcor/bar is very nice. We were seated by a hostess, then saw a struggle for who got our table. My wife ordered a diet coke, but were told it would be a delay as the carbonation was out. She waited and when it arrived…no bubbles! Another and another came and it made no difference. I had a milkshake and it was pretty good. We ordered ‘messed up’ fries for a starter and not only did they come the exact same time as our food, they were bad. We barely ate them and noteven a comment. We both ordered burgers. My wife madea cheese and onion ring selection asher toppings. Instead, she was brought an entire order of onion rings. Instead of saying please just keep the onion rings and use what you want, she actually took them back with the burger and slapped two rings from the order on it before returning it lol. Both burgers were just okay and do not come with any side – not even chips for the $10-12 you will spend. I have eaten a burger at almost every restaurantdowtown Pittsburgh for lunch, these would be very very low on the list. Tavern 245is better as an example. Pretty bad for a place with burger in the name. Stay away.

Blandest worst burger I have had in years.. I thought that I would stop in and grab a burger on my way back to the office, having hear that this was supposed to be a featured place. I should have been suspicious when they didn’t ask me how I wanted it cooked. What I got was basically an oversized McDonald’s burger, overcooked, with little to no flavor. Except for a linger fish smell that seemed to come from the wrapper. I should have known better.
