I would never go back here…bad food, horrendous service!
Made to pay for a meal we never ate. We arrived at the restaurant around 5:00 PM on a Sunday night. We were a party of three and even though there were other clean tables and several dirty tables that could have been cleaned, we were sat at the table by the server station. The table rocked back and forth due. There were dirty tables all around and server stands with dirty dishes right next to us. My chair was bumped into atleast 10-15 times, and NOONE ever apologized. We roses 2 glasses of wine and then decided to change to a bottle, but our waitress told us she had already rung it in and that was impossible. The lettuce on the salad was wilted, the soups were okay. After getting bumped for the millionth time and listening to the servers talk about hangovers and getting drunk, we asked to change our table and our waitress very rudely told us no. We than asked for a bill for what we had eaten because at that time there was no way of enjoying the meal. The hostess stood in front of the hostess station and very rudely told us we had to pay for the ENTIRE meal, even though we had joy even gotten out Mai courses it she was going to call the police. The hostess informed us that if we weren’t happy with the service than we didn’t have to leave a tip. In frustration we just paid the $115 and left.

The chef is like the soup Nazi about how he cooks his food. I asked for a fish dish to be cooked a little longer then usual & the waiter said he would never do it. What ever happen to customer is always right & should get a simple request as mine. But it’s was may daughters 16 birthday dinner and she loved the trout. I don’t think it’s worth $120 w tip thought. I’d go back if it wasn’t for the Chef Nazi. He should get a customer service book for dummies because your in business to make money not for the way you think a curtain food should be.
Great Food, Horrible Service. Last night we went to Bravo Franco before seeing the lion king. We were seated immediately in the area surrounding the bar. It was nice that there was no wait. Our waitress, Chantalee (I believe this is the way you spelled it) started us off with two glasses of wine. This was pretty much the last time we saw her all night except for receiving our food. While looking at the menu, we saw a younger, tall, skinny waiter with sandy blonde hair go off from across the bar as he was waiting for his drink to be made for his table. He was cussing like a sailer (f*c* this place and this sh** is ridiculous). It was easy to hear him from across the bar. Our waitress gave us our salads when they came out and never collected the dishes throughout the entire meal. Also, she dropped bread from behind the bar and we both saw her pick it up and put it back in the bread bowl. We were never given bread (which we should have), but after this, we no longer wanted bread. We both ordered the chicken piccata, which was absolutely perfect and done to perfection. It was among the best I have ever had. While eating, another waiter who looked to be in his late 30’s literally reached into the olive container with his bare hand and pulled out a handful of olives to put into the one tray. This was very unprofessional and dirty. Our waitress was never around to check on us again. We then asked the other waiter (Mark, who was very attentive to all of his patrons) if we could get our check. He did so quickly and we were out of there fast. The couple sitting next to us came in 40 minutes after us and we left at the same time. I was amazed at the food, but so disappointed with the service that I will never be returning.
Husbands birthday dinner!!! Yum. Due to one hour fifteen min wait at meat and potatoes we decided to try this place! I was welcomed by the hostess. We were seated right away! Our waitress was exceptional! The food was very tasty and timely served! The waitress was able to recommend a substitute drink that met my fruity taste ! I even asked them if they can bring my little cake for my husband after we ate that I brought with us and they said yes! (Even sang to him). I recommend the fried mozzarella as the starter! My husband recommends the stuffed hot peppers. Yum is all I can say! Our meals were great! We would go back again!!!
Poor service. Packed 8 people into booth. Added 18% to bill. Not worth it. Will not return.
