BEST BURGERS IN PITTSBURGH! And oh well the milkshakes are great too just FYI. Every burger that I’ve tried here has been nothing but just great! Do try the Cookie Monster and the salted Nutella caramel milkshake, it’s delightful.Food – 3.5/5Service – 3/5Ambience – 3/5 Value for money – 3.5/5Follow our journey on snapchat : allinthebellyyy and use #AllInTheBelly to get featured.#allinthebelly #eatshitdieblog

By far the best sports venue food in the US. Handcrafted burgers are to die for and the shakes are devilishly good! #yum

We’ve come a long way…. …from Super Dogs being the tastiest option at a sporting event. The night I was there, they were offering two beef options, the original and the steakhouse. They also had a chicken sandwich, I think. They were selling the burgers almost exactly as fast as they could make them, so no worries about them sitting under a lamp or something.Considering how many options you have at the Burgatory mothership, one could be a bit disappointed in the lack of menu items, and the borderline hockey puck level of done-ness of the burgers. (Fitting, I suppose) I usually order a hamburger medium-rare…medium at most. And these are well-done…at least. But the toppings on the steakhouse were really great…moist enough to re-energize and re-moisturize the grey lump of meat. I don’t hold it against them…at the frantic rate they have to churn out burgers, they have to choose one temperature and run with it. Maybe dial it back to medium-well though? The chips that come with it are pretty substantial..and tasty enough…but for $12.50..I would have preferred fries.Overall, it’s a delicious meal…for a sporting event. I imagine I’ll go most every time I see a Pens game.

Burgatory is a welcome addition to Consol. Burgatory is located behind Section 206 with two windows of service. In-arena they offer a very limited menu of three helluva burgers and two heavenly shakes. Menu prices may look steep, but burgers are served with homemade russet and sweet potato chips, so $12.50 should fill you for a meal.http://www.thepittsburghtastebuds.com/2011/09/burgatory-now-at-consol-energy-center.html
