I am kind of amazed right now. I wrote a review of the restaurant we were going to try the other night called Carve. My table of friends and at least two other tables left that night because we waited over an hour and no one ever got food. (Mind you this is a sandwich place – the meat is precooked.) The owner then came onto my review and told me that I was lying and bashing him. See below…I’m completely amazed! Whatever you do, do not waste your time eating at Carve. We have so many excellent restaurants in Pittsburgh and this is not one of them. The owner needs to go back to business school.
I loved the place. I’ve been here a few times now and I found the place on the grand opening. It is very beautiful inside and clean, even the bathrooms and great and clean. The drink menu was impressive as my girlfriends favorite thing was the build your own cocktail they have. We came to eat last night and found out that they brought in a new executive chef, so we had to give it another try. To say the least we were very impressed and will def be back for dinner and cocktails again. Great place and great staff, also what a great addition to the cultural Distric. 5* in my book.
