Ephesus Pizza. It was my first time eating at Ephesus, a pizza joint near our office in Pittsburgh. The menu was exhausting at this fast-food-esque establishment. They had pizzas, fried foods, salads, sandwiches, along with turkish and Greek specialties.I tried the Turkish Pide on recommendation… And it was similar to a pizza without sauce. It seemed that they make two small pizzas in the shape shown in the photo and then place them on top of each other. I didnt see them prepare the food but I would like to another time.This looks like much more than the photo shows because of the two layers. The roasted pepper and tomato toppers were great, and it was served with a side salad along, olive oil, and tzatziki. I definitely didnt NEED to finish the whole thing, but I did. Not the classiest pizzas but, wow, were they good! Bring on the cheeeeese and grease!
Terrible customer service. We order from them pretty often at work during the late shift. Last night one of the salads came with completely raw chicken. We called and spoke to the manager after speaking with a couple of other unintelligible individuals answering the phone. She was dismissive and said she would give us a discount next time. I asked for another salad so my fellow employee working a 13 hour shift could have something to eat. She put me on hold for a while and said she would send one out. It never came. It’s clear these people do not care about their customers. Will not be ordering from them again.
WORST CUTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE EMPLOYEES. We ordered BONELESS WINGS and ended up with wings with bones. After returning home, I immediately called and asked if they could make us boneless wings and we could come pick them up and give back the incorrect order. Normally, a restaurant would correct their mistake and just make us bonless wings because customer loyalty should be important, but they refused. They not only refused, they were completely rude about it. They insisted it was my fault and that I did not say boneless wings. They also said that I was giving them a hard time when I picked up the wings because I asked the employee, who barely spoke English, if he applied the coupon for the wings, which he didn’t. I told them I am never coming back due to their terrible customer service and they said they don’t care because they have plenty of customers. I couldn’t even eat the wings we had because at least five of them still had a few feathers on them. I am never ever giving them my business again. So if you ever want good wings from a place with pleasant people with good customer service who speak English, go to Big Shot Bobs.
The worst delivery service in the city. The absolute worst delivery service I have ever experienced. Which is a shame because our office loves their pizza. The driver is insanely rude, will not deliver food to our office instead he has us meet him on the street to pick up the food from his car after screaming to me on the phone. After the past 4 delivery experiences were consistently horrible we will NEVER place an office order through ephesus again. They should consider a new driver.

What a pleasant surprise!. Just finished a deliver order from Eqhesus – just Turkish food – what outstanding food. First of all quick delivery. Food was perfect. Shepard’s salad – outstanding – Kofte Kebabs – outstanding. Doner Kebab – best I have had outside of Berlin and people who lover Doner will know what I mean. this is the new regular!
Really disappointed. I’ve heard such wonderful things about Ephesus and was eager to try it. I ordered a regular cheese pizza with my friends and it was awful. We agreed that the crust was rubbery and the sauce & cheese just didn’t taste right together. It was also not very hot. We ate it at Ephesus, too–so it’s not like we expected it to be somewhat lukewarm when we got it. I was so bummed out!
