The staff was very rude… After waiting almost 45 minutes for just a pizza boat and buffalo chicken wrap, i started eating my pizza boat and it was freezing cold. so, after calling and complaining and having them deliver me a fresh, hot pizza boat…the delivery driver was very, very rude to me about the situation.. i for one will NEVER again patronize this place and will be boycotting it from now on. For myself being in the service industry, i never complain about things. but after waiting for so long for my food, i just wanted it hot. thank you for the terrible experience….

The pizza is good but the delivery service is not. For some odd reason the pizza delivery men refuse to ring the doorbell when they arrive. Instead they insist on calling us to let us know they are here and then are nowhere to be seen. It’s very cold outside therefor I do not like standing at my front door, that must remain open to see if they are here, when they are not. It would be ok if they were actually here. But they are not and I end up spending five minutes or so waiting in the cold.

My Favorite Pizza Place. I absolutely love their food and prices.I work in downtown and genoa is the place for my lunch break. Their spinach and feta pizza is my favorite just the way i like it ..

Really crappy sub. Opened the foil and the pooled liquid rolled out into my lap. I think they cooked it w/the veggies in, bc the whole thing was soaking wet. What little cheese that was on it was liquified, bread was a liquified sponge, veggies were completely wilted. Aluminum foil acted to keep all the liquid in. Deluxe club supposed to have bacon and ham. There was one piece of ham on half, and no bacon. Pepperoni rolls were a little better, though they were sitting in a pool of their own grease. I was on call at Allegheny General Hospital, hadn’t eaten for hours, and there was nothing else available to eat. Otherwise, I would never have even tried to eat it. Shame too, bc they are open late and deliver to AGH. But I will not be ordering from them on call again.

Lunching there today. My co-workers and I go to lunch here every week and the quality, price and quantity are always good. I have had Pizza, Italian Hoagies, Meatball Sandwich and salads and all have been good. I admit the salads look like they come from some large lettuce bag, so if that is what you are looking to eat, you may want to try somewhere else.

I love them!. I go here for lunch with my coworkers or we order for our meetings from here. The food is really fresh and good tasting. the menu is extensive and they have a lot of specials, so you can have something different every time. I’d recommend you to try their pizzas – all we had were good, their chicken burger is the best I had, tuscany chicken hoagy, wrap are outstanding! And gyros are great too. We have received a good discount for our meeting meal the first time that’s why we always choose Genoa for our events. you’ll love their food!
