Consistently good Chinese fare with tons of variety. Has a good Japanese menu as well. Miso is delicious and the beef teriyaki was perfect. Vegetables are always very fresh and perfectly cooked. Meat seems to be good quality. My only complaint is lunch time is a bit hectic.
Love the tso’s. I have been to many chinese restaurants and this is one of the bests! The General Tso’s Chicken is nice and crispy and not too sweet and their egg drop soup is just.. Amazing! I love coming here later on in the day because lunch time can get quite busy. Service is good, food is great, overall its a great place to eat. Definitely recommend this place!
Exceptional and Good Service!. Mandarin Gourmet has exceptional and tasty food, okay decorations- needs spiced up a bit because i feel like the different colors of the decorations and the walls dont match– and pretty good service – friendly and very nice. However, i think their wonton soup needs to be more flavorful, a bit saltier, and some green onions added here and there. Sometimes i think the dumplings in the wonton soup taste funny and are somewhat bland. The meat inside is shrivled up- in need of a new recipe! But besides the wonton soup, everything on the menu is very very very good and i come to eat here once a week or every two weeks. :)) and it has officially become one of my favorite places to eat. The restroom’s location is weird, but i understand its easier to manage and i dont mind it at all. i would give the place a 4 1/2. needs improvement on decorations and wonton soup. mandarin gourmet has become like my second home!
Good Chinese Take-Out. I’m new to town and decided to give it a try. I used their easy online ordering service, and it was hot and ready when I got there. Staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean… The food is about what you would expect, a good option if you are looking for that classic Chinese Take-Out meal.
Fabulous General Tso’s tofu!!!
2nd time in a row that our party had terrible service. The server brought water but never took drink orders. Our food was delivered to the table at different times an 2 of 6 orders were wrong. Additionally the portions were very small. I will not return.
Very good food. Egg roll was fresh and not over cooked and the breaded chicken had large slices of meat and not chicken nugget shaped overly breaded chicken parts. Tasty and made with good ingredients.
