You don’t go to Storms for the atmosphere. It’s in the basement of the Law & Finance building across from Oxford Center. It’s not all that fancy. You go there for the food, which is *excellent*. I’ve yet to be disappointed and since I work nearby, I go fairly often. The chicken marsala is easily my favorite, but I often try their specials. Eggplant parmesan with a spicy mariana was also a favorite. Storms really does have great stuff that you won’t even notice you’re in the basement.
