Not-so-good to Meh. Their froyo melts in the cup while being poured. So by the time the staff hands it to you, you might as well be eating a cup of milkshake with a few pieces of fruit thrown in.The staff seems helpful enough but not terrible nice.Their prices are pretty steep too, but probably because they’re the only froyo store downtown (that I know of). All it’ll take is ONE new self-serve froyo store opening in the area and they will be out of business.

It started off somewhat bad (for reasons i wont explain) but then on my lunch break I walked past a family favorite, and it just so happen to be Sweetlix Tart frozen yogurt. Ive always been a fan of frozen yogurt and especially lemon flavored. So I walked in to a warm welcome and the service was impeccable. The blonde haired fair skinned girl behind the counter was incredibly sweet and gave me an extensive review of the daily menu you had to offer, and not only was she knowledgeable on the menu but she knew exactly what toppings I should put on my yogurt. Needless to say I went back to work with a smiling face and an ignorance to my boss’s passive aggressive behavior all because of my service at your yogurt shop. Thank you and good day!
GREAT product AWFUL staff. I LOVED the frozen yogurt, absolutely delicious, but the girl working there was incredibly rude. I realize that she was only fulfilling her responsibilities as a young disenchanted hipster youth and thus it was appropriate for her to be short and ill-mannered, but she should realize that she is working in the service industry. This is not the first time I have had poor service there either. If they hired different employees, I would go there multiple times a week. Moreover, if it was self-serve and they charged by weight, I would probably go everyday.So I would definitely recommend the yogurt, but since the sale doesn’t occur in a vacuum, be prepared for the rude employees.
Crazy Good!. We stopped off on the way home from work last week after watching the progression of the place getting ready to open for the season. The decor is so cool, love the pink and green and the IKEA lights in the window! Service was fast and friendly.The yogurt itself is delicious. Vanilla is creamy and smooth and was hearty enough to pair with the Reese’s cups I chose. My boyfriend ordered the strawberry, which tasted exactly like fresh strawberries. Absolutely wonderful.I can’t wait to go back, especially as the weather gets warmer!
