I went here with my family for Brunch. I first heard about them after visiting their stand at the PPG Paints Arena. The food did not disappoint. Their Brun-Chos Bro were on point. Most of my family are vegetarians so we ordered a few of their grilled cheeses ( Mac Attack, Big Chewbowski, etc) with no meat. The food came out quickly and was delicious. Our server was very attentive. She also had a thorough knowledge of the food and drink menus. We will definitely be back!
My wife and I heard great things about this place (big beer snob) so we had to try it out; who doesn’t love great beer and gourmet grilled cheese? They have one of the more extensive tap selections in the city and seem to have good brews on tap, not just filled with domestics. Bartender was knowledgeable and poured a great beer. My wife had one of their house cocktails (Sangria) and before I knew it she ordered another one. We order the Pub Pretzels and their homemade beer cheese was on point! The Mrs. had a Cheesy Capresey which she said tasted very fresh and light. I on the other hand went for the Mac Attack which is mac n cheese in a grilled cheese. This might be the best mac n cheese i’ve ever had. Service was smooth, we had reservations and the table was waiting for us. Enjoyed the laid back fun atmosphere! First class!
Great place! Love the 28 different grilled cheese sandwiches and 36 beers on tap. Try the smack yo mama with sweet potato fries it is an excellent sandwich 🙂
Great beer and craft drink selection. Always good service. I love the grilled cheese selection. There craft drink specials are reasonable and terrific.
I loved The Yard. On a rainy day, a grilled cheese sandwich made my day! The staff is great and super helpful, the place is a cool and definitely cozy pub, with a great menu. There is so much to choose from! There are several options including burguers, salads, grilled cheese sandwichs, plates for sharing.. I highly recommed it!
Fast and attentive service, amazing beer selection and delicious food. We each ordered a different grilled cheese and shared. The Wang Chung is so good. As are the Mac and cheese balls. We will definitely be back!
