Awful place and even worse food. The place has really gone downhill. It is dirty, the service is really bad and the food even worse. I can’t believe Macy’s has something like this in their store. I have never seen a restaurant so dirty. I could barely eat my food I was so grossed out. Close this place and do us all a favor.
Perfect for …. Lunch with Grandma – LOL.I had the cheeseburger and fries. The burger was actually very good. The service was very friendly too. This is the kind of place that reminds you that you are in Pittsburgh. I am glad Macy’s kept the strange Pittsburgh vibe instead of turning this into some kind of generic diner. The clocks kind of freaked me out a bit, I kept thinking I am late getting back to the office. Anyway, this place is definitely worth a visit if for no other reason than the nostalgia.
