Yum!. I’ve been to Villa Reale twice in the past couple weeks for salads and pizza. Both times my group had no problems getting a booth in the bar even during the busy lunch hour. Two different waitresses provided good service and the food was GREAT! Can’t wait for the visit!

Pizza is delicious but the place is too slow for people on a lunch break. When you order a $3 slice to go, it should take 5 minutes, not 15. If you have the time though, it’s great pizza.

Stopped by for quick slice. The party at the register was unpleasant . Not sure if she was having a bad day. They need to work on customer skills , which I doubt a pizza shop will ever do . I won’t be back for bad attitude pizza .

The pizza is good, but the service is not. I normally don’t mind waiting patiently for my order. I do mind when they forget to make it…on two separate occasions. I will not be going back.

Good pizza, but committing pizza rape!. Their pizza is good, but I really don’t think it’s worth the price. What they charge for normal pizza, most other places have that priced on their gourmet pizzas. We ordered an XL with mushrooms and our bill was somewhere around 26 dollars. The pizza was $20 and topping $4, so with tax that was the price. I can go to Ephesus and get an XL 2 topping for 13 tax included!! Or there’s another place on Smithfield (other end by liquor store) that has great pizza for less, too… (maybe around 15-16 for XL with a topping?) and they make their own ranch dressing to put on the side for free. I’m not knocking their pizza – it was good. It just didn’t stand out from the rest to justify the price. It’s equal in quality to the other places that I mentioned. I would probably order there more often if it was cheaper.

Best Pizza Downtown. If you like thin, sloppy, cheesy pizza this is the place for you. My dad had been going here since he started working downtown in the early 90’s and he introduced me to it when we went to a pens game about a year ago. Now that i live downtown this is my go to place for pizza.

Delicious. When I lived in Pittsburgh…my fiance took me to this place…and it was delicious! I really enjoyed the pizza, it was a little crowded, but we went during lunch.
