Excellent coffee and cool staff. Don’t forget to check out their drive-through on Broad St., too, just around the corner from the store. Their espresso is great if you need a jolt.
Stopped in for a latte, place is clean, modern and very inviting. Latte was terrific! Zeke’s is well deserving to be numbered among the best cups of coffee in Pittsburgh.
Great coffee, affordable, many sweets & cute seating. Recommend their new ice tea lemonades & espresso drinks – very strong. All in all a great find.
I was here on Saturday during the afternoon. The Barista working the counter was friendly, and a real cool dude! I had a Mexican Coke (they are made with real sugar instead of HFCS), and for a snack, I had a Raspberry Square, which was delicious! Some of my friends had the Chai Latte Tea (I think that’s what they were called), and they thought they were excellent! Great little shop!
The best! What else can be said?
Small-batch roastery plants roots in East End. Zeke’s Coffee Pittsburgh opened in July in East Liberty. Owner Chris Rhodes learned the coffee trade while traveling from Pittsburgh to Baltimore, where his uncle operates the original Zeke’s (named after Rhodes’ grandfather). You’ll recognize his label if you shop at the East Liberty Farmers Market, where Rhodes has sold beans for the last few years. (6012 Penn Ave., East Liberty. Hours vary.
