Here’s the deal. Me and my bf had Alfee’s a few time and they’re generally ok. Sometimes it’s ok sometimes not. You really can’t help who cooks or who works there, but I have never had a problem. Nobody was ever rude and food was ok. Sometimes they sound rough/rude over the phone but they’re busy, so place your order and be done with it, you’re not their only customer. Deal with it. Ordered 50 wings a med pizza and pep balls. It was greeeeaaaaaaaat. Got suicide wings…best mistake ever! Bf loves their ranch wings and the pizza was pretty damn good. I usually don’t care for it but tonight was exceptional. Delivery driver was very nice. Will order again.

Wow what a disappointment!Order here 3 times a week… got wings from them 20mins ago and they served me all flat wings…sounds petty right? Call the manager he says: they come that way nothing I can do? Oh okay well if that’s so I’d never ever order their wings!!!! Well lost my business if they care lol I’ll order from valerios from now on since their is nothing you can do! Great manager you have working there.. I always get my food half ass there anyways and never complain..why did I ever continue to order… 16 bucks down the drain… who only eats flat wings.. ew
Wings. Just ordered 50 wings during the San Fran Green Bay playoff game. Had my son Derek,wife and 2 good friends over to enjoy some good food. In the past the wings have been really big and flavorful. Unfortunately when my son picked them up they were the smallest wings I had ever bought. I couldn’t believe it. My friend called and asked why and our answer was that that’s what their supplier gave them. We were offered no other reason which I thought was really a cop out. It says Alfies’s on the building over the door not your suppliers name right? Was really disappointed and will not go back. Thanks for your great customer service.

I’ve been going to Alfee’s for years…. The wings are a little more in price, but the size and taste of the wings are well worth it! The wings are meaty. I usually order the hot and they are like suicide, so if you don’t like it really spicy, go lower. They are dripping in sauce, no chintzing there.If you’re ordering for a group, order the Alfinator. It’s a huge sheet pizza and well worth the value!I pick up my own orders and I’ve never had a problem with anyone being rude to me. They’re almost always busy, so please don’t mistake hurried for rude.
Not Just for Stoners!. So, we’ve been looking around for a different place to get some decent pizza in Erie, and Alfee’s aggressive flyer campaign hit us. First thing I notice is that they deliver until 2am. It took us an extra week before placing the order, thinking they must cater primarily to stoners and have awful food. The folks on the phones were simply inattentive — first guy asked us our address twice, put us on hold, then a different guy picked up the phone and asked our address again. It wasn’t as bad the second time we ordered from here, but it wasn’t an isolated incident.Not a good first impression. The driver comes roughly on time, seems friendly, and we start in on the food. Wings were fantastic — very meaty, not dehydrated, and tasty sauce. Pizza was good, too — they don’t use a lot of dough, giving a great light & crispy texture. – Oh – and they offer capicola as a topping — Awesome! They included vegetables and dip in our order, which I’m not sure if was supposed to be a joke or not…. There were literally three baby carrots, three tiny twigs of celery in a small sandwich bag. This happened both times we ordered, so it’s apparently protocol. Wouldn’t it be more reasonable to ask if the customer wants vegs. & dip, then give him 3x the amount than assume few are interested in the vegetables but give everyone a paltry amount?Overall, great food, awesome hours, bad ordering experiences, good service otherwise. Will order from again.
