Picked up my order and brought it home… 2 subs missing, 1 sub wrong. Staff gave an extremely hard time and said we would have to come back! Then were going to charge a delivery fee! Terrible customer service. Will not eat here again.

Pizza toppings on cardboard…. If you like the pre-made pizza shell type pizza with that bread-like texture, then this just might be your place. But it’s definitely not mine — I really don’t understand how this local chain (and it’s kissing cousin, Valerio’s) continues to last, but Barbatos is a long-time Erie area standby.Poor quality toppings, shell crust, mediocre subs, soggy wings and bad salads — Barbato’s has it all
