Good food. One of the better chinese restaurants in erie the General tsos and fried dumplings are the best. The only thing I can say bad is that during winter months they don’t turn the heat on so if u pick food up and its 40 below 0 it’s 40 below 0 in the restaurant or at least it feels like it. I recommend it as far as delivery I’ve never had to wait more then 30-40 minutes maybe I’m lucky idk but delivery time is reasonable

Great food at a great price. Cathaway Express has delicious food, friendly people, and reasonable prices. My only complaint is that delivery can be slow. Relative to the time of day and order you could be looking at an hour or so from order to delivery. Saying that, I’ll order again and again because the food is worth the wait!!!
