If there were negative numbers, I would leave lower than a 1. They did not have many of the food or beverages on the menu. Including one I called about earlier in the day. Horrific service. One person ordered coffee, with cream. The server did not bother to tell her there was no cream. Brought the coffee. Disappeared when asked for cream. After the next request, a different person showed up and said it was coming on Tuesday. We were there on a Saturday. Go to a convenience store! Having given up on getting entrees, we ordered a large appetizer to share. It did not come. We walked out. Stupid us paid for it and they actually took the money, having never delivered the food. A nightmare. I was mortified to have picked this restaurant and stunned they are still open. RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
Habibi, located a bit away from downtown, serves Mediterranean food. The decor of the restaurant is decent and nice. We ordered for a vegetarian platter consisting of hummus, babaganoush, fattoush salad, falafel, dolma and pita breads. The quality was good and the taste was decent. Fries and Baklava again was decent. I have had much better than this but still this one was by bad at all ! chocolateandpistachios.wordpress.com
Come for the sideshow if you have time…… If I hadn’t witnessed it myself, I would have punched the person telling me how horrible this place is right in the face. Because it’s completely unbelievable. Arrived at noon. Left at 2pm. Literally…my friend had a to go box in his hand before I have any of my food because of the inconsistency of delivering the dishes to the table. We arrived at noon with 6 people. We were seated immediately. Didn’t get menus until 1215. Didn’t get drinks til 12 30 and ordered at that time….nobody got food til 1pm. For the next hour, there were random dishes brought out at random times. One guy had his whole meal and a to go box before I even saw my food. I started to consider eating my place mat or shanking my friend for his left overs. We even got food brought to our table that wasn’t ours and then given to us because they honestly did not know why they made it. The other person with us didn’t even have his side dish delivered, but was scared to say anything because he was worried that any additional time there he’d have to pay rent and be fired for have a lunch that was 2+ hours long. It was difficult not to head to the brewerie and have some good food
