Stopped in around 9:00pm on a Wednesday night for a quick snack. Ordered one plain slice, and it was ready in about three minutes. I thought it was a pretty decent piece of pie, even though it looked like it was sitting out for a while prior to cooking. I added some grated cheese, and some Italian herbs from a shaker. I thought it was good, and pretty quick too.
So Bad!!!!. I called them to order food and they claimed they couldn’t hear me and I am calling bs cause i made 50 calls from skype and not one has ever said that then the told me they don’t have long distance….lol….what!?! ok so an out of towner at a hotel calls with out of state number can only be called by a workers cell phone which is funny cause she said my number was no good cause they couldn’t call me back….lol ok so first you cant call now you can make up your mind. Another time we order and this happens all the time i get balsamic vin . with my sub and they first try to tell you it doesnt come with that sub…lol great so I waited forever for my food and I told them if the dressing isn’t here I am not paying the guy gives me the bag and much to my surprise ….oh look no dressing so I tell him I am not paying after I handed him money and he says I cant do that I’m not allowed I will get in trouble ….really then dont screw up my order. Anyways I called the owner and he tells me theres nothing he can do about it wow what great people and boy are they awesome with customers >>>>steveos can lick my D!@#
Need to work on customer service.. I am a fisherman who travels to the Erie area several times each fall for the steelhead/ salmon runs. Like to get delivery/ takeout for dinner, that I can eat in my hotel room after a long day of fishing. Decided to try this place based on good reviews, but must say I was very disappointed. First time we ordered wings, jalepeno poppers, and a pizza, around 8 pm, clearly gave them the name of the hotel I was at, along with the room number and address. We were told itd be about a 45 minute wait, 8:45 came, nothing, 9:15 came, nothing, finally a little after 9:30, got a call from the driver who was completely lost, awful with directions, and it was as if they didn’t give him any information as to where I was at. Finally, got my food, but was very disappointed. Wings were okay, but jalapeno poppers were only a little warm, with hard cheese, and the pizza was not warm at all, with non melty cheese, as if it had sat in the fridge and been reheated.Now, fast forward one year, was up last weekend, and decided to give them a second chance, thinking that maybe they just had a bad night the first time. I called to order, and had to repeat my order about three times to the girl on the phone. Ordered wings, an appetizer sampler, and a footlong hot sausage hoagie. Pretty much had the same experience with the delivery driver, except this time he didnt take as long. Wings were decent, the appetizer was okay, but the hoagie had the sausage undercooked, cheese unmelted, no sauce on it, and was very dry, only ate about half, and threw the other half away. Maybe they are better if you eat in, or go there to pick it up, I don’t know, but will not be getting delivery from there again unless they make some sweeping changes. They need to give their delivery drivers GPS, or an app or something if they are this bad with directions/ addresses, its as if I have more knowledge of the Erie area being an out of towner. Also, they need some of those bags that keep food warm while it’s being delivered, I’m willing to bet the long delivery time is why the food has been so cold.
We have ordered wings from Stevos before, (an liked them) but we will never order again. They were so over cooked they were brittle. When I called the next day to talk to a manager they said they couldn’t do anything since we threw them away. Save yourself the aggravation and DON’T ORDER THE WINGS. Let alone way over priced pigeon wings.
Absolutely horrible!. My wife and I each ordered a single slices of pizza. The girl heated my slice up, left the slice my wife ordered on the counter. She then walked over so I could pay, then she took off! Twenty minutes later, I just asked for my money back. I will never go there again.
Service was terrible. Experience didn’t start off well when we called to order and there was so much noise in the background, and the person taking the order kept cutting my boyfriend off as he was trying to order and ask questions. We ended up switching from delivery to pick up because there was almost a $5 delivery fee and we live less then 15 minutes away. We got there and they were completely rude to us as they were on the phone. Got back home and they didn’t give us the extra ranch we ordered, or any ranch at all for that matter, and our pizza wasn’t cooked through there was cheese that hadn’t been melted. Overall, as good as the food was, the experience in a whole was absolutely terrible, in the area people should try to excel, which is customer service. I would have much rather given my money to a place that appreciates their customers then a place who treats them like garbage
Worst Service Ever. This place has the worst customer service. This will be the second time that I was let down from the state street location and the manager was not very understanding either. The delivery took about an hour and half, they went to the wrong building, ignored my special instructions to call beforehand because of being in a secure building, and didn’t even have a pen to sign my slip with. My first experience was with a pick-up order that took over an hour, of me waiting in the lobby for 1 pizza that was ordered 20 min. prior! I will never order there again, they used to be great! Now they are just going downhill!!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!
