Dissapointed. We orderd baked chicken for 15 people from their catering menuwe picked up the order and when we got home we find the order was composed of all legs and 2 thighs….imagine the embarrasment of having to tell guests to please only take one drumstick..so we would have enough chicken…….. the other items cheesy potatos and antipasta were fine…also they never said the order would include rolls so we asked a guest to please pick up some rolls ……but then we were given a nice big bag of rolls when we picked up the food…..they never told us that rolls came with it …….. the event we hosted was an embarrasement to say the least ……and on top of that none of thier posetd email addreses work if you try to voice a complaint or contact them from their web page
Good Subs! Nasty Customer Service!. First impression: really nice business with a seriousness for food. Their subs were really good with fresh ingredients but customer service needs a new recipe! When you have a business like Teresa’s, customer service is everything and at Teresa’s I did not receive any notion of kindness or a feeling of being welcomed. I am very scepticsl of passing this deli onto my family and friends because I don’t know about Erie, but where I am from, kindness is on the menu. I am glad their subs were good!

Subs are awesome they use very fresh ingredients pepperoni balls are really good as well ppl that work here aren’t to bad service sometimes is a lil slow but def. Worth it
Food is okay but service makes it unberable. The food is fairly good and is the general fare of lunch meat subs and fried foods; however its basically the same food that can be found in dozens of other local restaurants. My biggest problem is that my service has always been lacking. They have no problem with making you wait for them to finish their personal conversations before considering waiting on you. Even when you call an order ahead there’s a 50% chance that they forgot to make it and you’ll end up waiting anyway. The food’s not good enough to make up for the frustration of their spotty service.
Fresh Ingredients = Awesome Subs. A no frills place and great for getting food to-go. I’ve only had their subs, but they also make pizza if you call in advance. Actually, it’s best to call in any order since they’re usually pretty busy. The subs only come on Italian white – no health food here – but that’s what’s great about this place. They bake it there and it’s always fresh. One thing to note is the grill shuts down around 7:30 pm, so you can’t order any hot subs after. The great thing is they’ll make any type of sub you want. Highly recommended
