Just horrible! Eggs are fake, veggies come out of can, can’t tell a waitress from a bus boy, and service is the worst in the business.
Best breakfast in town.
Super fast service! Our server was friendly and efficient; my coffee mug never went empty. Look forward to down-home comfort food!
Poor Service. The service at the Peach St. location is extremely poor. After being seated, a waitress took our drink orders and brought us menus. The waitress never returned with our drinks. Another waitress came to our table about 10 minutes later and took our food/drink orders. The waitress (this would be the one that was assigned to our table) never returned with our drinks. A little while after this, a waiter came to our table and took our drink orders again. This waiter finally brought us our drinks after a few minutes. At this point, we had already been seated for about 25-30 minutes, and a group of our friends arrived and was seated at a nearby table. We continued to wait for our food, and our waitress never came to check on us or update us on the status of our orders. I understand that it was pretty busy at the time, but the waitress could have certainly warned us that the wait would be longer than expected. Our friends who arrived 25-30 minutes after us received our food before we did, which really made me frustrated. Our waitress did not bother to come to our table until she brought our food out. My food was cold and poorly prepared when I received it.The waitress did not express any concern or apologize for the ridiculously long wait. After bringing our food,the waitress did not return to ask us how the food was, or if we needed anything else etc. I understand that one should expect delays when a restaurant is busy. However, I believe it is the waitresses’ job to communicate with the tables she is working to ensure that everyone is taken care of, and she should have stopped by at some point to let us know how long we should expect to wait. Her lack of concern was not what I anticipated, for I have never had issues with the service at the East 38th St location. Don’t come here if you’re pressed for time, for you’ll wait so long for your food that you’ll lose your appetite and forget you were hungry in the first place.
I’m not a big fan. The food is mediocre and there is really nothing interesting about it. I can’t wrap my mind around why there is always a 45 minute wait for a table even at 7am. Best suited for senior citizens who’ve got lots of free time and worn down taste buds.
Been there twice. Both times food was hard, and cold. I won’t be back.
Maybe just a bad day? Was served by Cathy P. Who was very offputting and almost downright rude. She spilled coffee and didn’t clean it up or even apologize. Food and drinks took forever to come out. My daughter’s French Toast came out when the rest of us was about done with our entire meals. I was real close from just walking out. Horrible.
