How is this place still open?. Tonight was my 3rd( and last!) trip to this joint. I have no clue ,other than employees or friends, that could possibly give this place more than one star.90 minute wait for dinner, every order screwed up,out of many items on menu, terrible service, burnt food. Beer was the only positive.
Healthy options?. No doubt the BBQ is to be raved about. However, after having patronized for a few years I was disappointed to see the portabella mushroom and vegetable entree has a very limited variety of veggies. Would love to see that with zucchini, squash, snow peas to make it really a vegetarian option. Healthier option on the sweet potato fries no sugar or very lightly sprinkled on.Server was great. pleasantly surprised at the decor improvements:) nicely done.
Burnt, tough ribs with brisket like a dog’s chew toy. So many positive reviews made try their food for a second time.. It was a mistake.. I used to live in the south and know good BBQ. With the exception of the pulled pork, it was all very poor.
Loved the food !!!. Went there Lastnight and had brisket ….Amazing!!!! Service was great our waitress Amy was funny and made it enjoyable…highly recommend going and trying it out ….def will be going back!!!
Great food, Ecsptional service!. There’s only on-street parking (a bit of a turn off) and it has the feel of a typical city bar upon entering. The clientle was friendly and the atmosphere quickly grew on us. Our server, Michaela, saw to us many times and was very easy to talk to. When our food came the portions were more than enough, and the meat on my burger was perfectly prepared and seasoned. Topped with a bun that was more like texas toast which went well with the rest of it, the Macaroni and Cheese was oven baked, made with a blend of real cheeses, and served still in the skillet!I’m not big on barbecue but next time I’ll be expanding my palette based on faith, well done Three B’s!
Ok – not great. We stopped here with the three kids after a day on Presque Isle. The atmosphere was great – the beer was good. The complimentary bacon appetizer was gone before I could even blink. It had a sweet glaze that the kids loved. My son ordered a double cheese burger, my daughters ordered pulled pork and pulled chicken sandwiches. My husband ordered the nights special which included brisket, ribs and pulled pork. and I ordered the ribs with broccoli slaw. 10 minutes after we ordered the waitress came back to tell us that they were out of hamburgers – so we changed my sons order to chicken tenders. 10 minutes after that the waitress came back to say that they were put of broccoli slaw. 10 minutes later we for our food. The chicken strips were of the frozen variety but acceptable. The pulled chicken was good and my daughter enjoyed the sweet sauce. The pulled pork was highly seasoned with what tasted more in line with Mexican cooking and my daughter compared it to taco meat. it wasn’t bad, just not what we expected and she didn’t care for it so she didn’t eat. The ribs were decent – not great but edible. The brisket was dry and tasted old.The kids were getting restless so I didn’t check the bill before I paid. Huge mistake!!!!! We were charged for things that we were told they were out of as well as the replacement items and for things we didn’t even order. some of which the waitress and manager said couldn’t be fixed – .$.50 for ranch dressing that we didn’t order and didn’t get but mysteriously can’t be removed from the bill
The pulled pork sandwich is one of the best I have ever eaten! The smokey pork and the broccoli slaw combined with the sweetness of the house BBQ sauce (and a bit of franks) is wonderful!
