Bad Mexican food. They only make tamales on weekend and still made them dry spicy and tasteless all in one!! It wasn’t busy so there no reason for it not to taste good. Real Deal. This is the real deal. Not Tex-Mex, but true Mexican cuisine. The servers are always very friendly. Food is always spot on with flavors! We’ve tried almost everything there honestly. But my favorites have to be the Nopales, Tacos de lengua, Tacos de carnitas. Their soups are great as well.
Legit Mexican restaurant. This is a legitimate Mexican restaurant in Hanover. If you want real Mexican and not Tex-Mex, then this is the place to go. I enjoyed some chicken enchiladas with mole sauce. They also have a full lineup of tacos and tortas. On the weekends, they have pozole and barbacoa. I wish I weren’t just passing through on vacation so that I could come back sooner. The service was friendly and the prices are reasonable.
Gallitos is Great. I have ordered Sopas and Huaraches, both were Phenomenal !! I love the food, and the cost is reasonable. This is the Hanover ameri-mexican spot to eat. Dine-in atmosphere is rather plain, though, but don’t let that stop you from trying the food.
Food was very bland, mole sauce was pretty gross, I know Mexican food, this place is in no way up to par. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that it may not have been a good night, but the place was dead. That is all.
Best Mexican Restaurant in Hanover. Ate here many times, as a matter of fact my wife and daughter was the first to eat here the day the restaurant opened.I have many breakfast’s and dinners here and I will tell you it’s one of our favorite spots to eat.Portions are always plentiful, georgous looking and tasty !!Menu’s are printed in English and Spanish, and even though I can’t say half the word’s on the menu, I just point and the waiteress’s are always helpful.I wish I could name all the things I’ve tried there, but unforntunitly cant think of the names, but I can tell you the meals are nothing like the crap you get at the T-Bell stop.These are awesome.Last night I got some sort of Torta sandwich with egg, cheese, pork, ham, lettuce, tomatoe, avacodo and more. This was the second time I got it, and very good.My wife gotten some hard open shell with crab, lettuce, avacodo, a mayo-like sauce and a side of spicy-hot sauce. Again very good.I dont think anyone will go away hungry or un-satisified !!!!
