With a sugary sweet sauce and pie crust instead of traditional crust, jioio’s pizza gets my negative vote.
Awful. The service is not good at all. It’s the same experience we had at the Latrobe location and why we never go there anymore so we tried Greensburg and it was ok for a while. At this location we picked a pizza up one late night and got home to discover we didn’t get what we had ordered. We had to call back the next day because they were now closed. We spoke to a woman that said she would have a manager call us back. We never got a call back so several days later we called again and we finally got a return call to say that we could get a discount of 1 topping off the next order because our order was not right. We didn’t eat any of it because it wasn’t what we like. We expected to be compensated for 1 simple pizza, not 1 topping. Are you kidding me? To our surprise the manager wouldn’t do it so we asked that the owner call us. The owner never called and we haven’t ordered from this place since that time which was last summer. I guess bad service runs in the family as the Latrobe experience was even worse.
Worst service ever!. When we had the wrong pizza delivered, I called to complain and the woman answering the phone hung up on me! I called back and she hung up again, she hung up again…this time saying Good Bye mid-sentence.Plus the crust is full of sugar!

Excellent Customer Service. Besides great pizza, I was so impressed with their customer service. I dropped my pizza on the way out the door, and one of the managers saw it happen and insisted on making me a new one. It was my fault but they went out of their way to give me a new pizza free of charge. the pizza is like no other I have tasted, great flavor and original, flaky crust. Love, love, love it.

I love this sweet (literally) pizza. I now am stuck in Cleveland area and NO pizza places compare. Love and miss you Jioio’s! Hopefully we’ll have a reunion during thanksgiving.
