Check Your Bill. Overcharged and No Refund!!. I went to naBrasa for dinner with my family on 11/25/2012. This was my second time dining at naBrasa. The food was delicious and the service was good. We enjoyed our evening, celebrated an anniversary and a birthday. We received our bill, paid and left a 23% cash tip. Upon reviewing the bill (the next morning) I realized that I was overcharged by $35! Our meals, which should have been 37.95, were 42.95 and the tableside drink server charged us for 5, instead of 4, of the $10 specialty drinks. I understand that people make mistakes, especially in a busy restaurant, but the problem isnt the error but how they handled the correction of the mistake. I should correct myself and say how they havent corrected the mistake. I have contacted the restaurant twice, speaking to two different people, who both said that it would be corrected and they will contact me with a total of the amount to be credited back. So far I have heard and received nothing. For this reason I will not return to naBrasa nor recommend naBrasa to anyone. I will not support a business that has management that conducts business in this manner.

Not worth the Money. I have been to a couple of other Brazilian Steakhouses, and this is by far the worst. The waitress let our drinks stay empty, the salad bar is small, the bread was rock hard, and we waited an hour to get steak! The gentlemen were bringing every other kind of meat around, but this is a steakhouse, we were there to eat steak! Not worth the $42, go to Fogo de Chao instead.

Good food, atmosphere. I am 29 still living at home and struggling to make ends meet working at a local restaurant (not as nice Nabrasa), I was able to eat & bring home food for the week. Great place to meet someone too, can’t wait for the entertainment, gay friendly.
Na Brasa. Well worth the trip from the western suburbs to Willow Grove for Dinner or Sunday brunch. Reservations a must.
Lovely!. I am so surprised to hear all of these comments about customer service. I’ve been to nabrasa 3 times now and have has excellent service. We have actually become quite chummy with Chris, one of the waiters and always request him if he’s available. I have had only one visit where I waited 20 minutes instead of the normal 15 due to other parties sitting and marinating instead of getting up and leaving after their two hour stay. It’s frustrating for the restaurant I’m sure too, I’m sure having other guests waiting because others aren’t courteous enough to leave after their generous 2 hour stay anyway. So don’t bash the restaurant’s customer service. While Chris is always our head waiter, the support staff is always just as nice and helpful. Took my grandmother there for brunch one Sunday and they were MORE than accommodating with her dietary restrictions. I’m a nabrasa lover and recommend it.
