I love the bar scene here. I came in for wings last Thursday and ate at the bar with my boyfriend. Their wing night is half price wings. The bartender Liz suggested honey hot sauce. It was great and the wings were half off! The yeungling drafts were on special too! Perfect for my boyfriend because he loves yeungling. We came back in later for drinks and had double whiskey gingers for only $1 each. At first we thought the bartender was giving us a discount or something until we realized that well drinks were 50 cents! I can’t wait to go back for wing night. My boyfriend and I both have a hankering for that Honey hot sauce.

Great food! Friendly service. College town place to go at night for drink specials, Beer selection and club dancing. Family and business lunches and dinners during the day with game room. Many regulars in for food and bar. I am one of them!
I had the grilled reuben. Food was all right, place was pretty dead, service was kind of slow. Average.
One of my favorite places to eat in Indiana. Looks like a dingy bar, but once you are waited on and eat the food… definetly not your average ‘bar food’. Very good food and staff is always very helpful and accomidating. Only complaint is that there isn’t really very many options on the menu. That being said, they have alot of different kinds of beer. Definetly a good place for a ‘beer connessuier’.
Mixed bag. I have a mixed review of this restaurant.I have had both good experiences and bad.Do NOT go when it’s not prime hours; the food WILL be bad, even unpalatable. The service will also probably be bad. I’ve had entire meals refunded for being hilariously awful.Yet, at peak hours, I’ve had meals I’m really pleased with that are great deals for the price. The steaks are actually the best steaks in town. Try the blackened steak.The service will never be great, but is also not a deal breaker.
I have lived all over the world and when I come back to Johnstown I alwayshead to coney Island. This time though something has changed. The coney dog with everything is just not the same and I was very disappointed. I doubt I will be going back….
