So lucky this restaurant is in the town where I live!. This is, as someone said recently, Indiana’s best kept secret. Absolutely fresh food including perfectly cooked fresh pasta, home-made sauces – always an interesting range of choices. The bolognese sauce is spectacular, as are the fish dishes, and the range of vegetables served as sides has become interesting and complex over the last few years. Desserts like flour-less chocolate cake, chocolate ricotta cake, sit on plates fresh from the oven. This is first-class food in a small, cosy, unpretentious place.
I came to visit my daughter and she raved about your restaurant so much that I had to try it. We had a fantastic dinner. The crab cakes were out of this world. The atmosphere and service were outstanding. I met the owner who was such a friendly person we will definately be back!!!!
This is one of the most underrated restaurants in Indiana. The good was exquisite. The chef and staff were incredibly nice! I am very impressed and I will definitely be back for more!!!
Best Meal, great atmosphere. Went there on a Friday night and the service was great! impressed to say the least…service, food, and atmosphere. They cook all of the meals right behind the bar. For an appetizer we had these fried rice balls with sausage….wow, those could have been a meal in itself. For the main meals, We had the pork chops and crab cakes….and both were the best that I have ever had…the Pork chop was huge! The chef’s were great as well, they came over and talked to us about the meal and thanked us! It is a great place to go with a small group of people to sit down and have a GREAT meal.
Food was great! Desert finished it all off! When all was said and done, the cook came out to make sure everything was perfect. Definitely hit this place up! The bill is worth it.
Naps Cucina Mia is the Place to go in Indiana. Naps Cucina Mia is must when you come to Indiana. As soon as I walked in I felt very welcome and comfortable. I sat at the bar and ate right in front of where the chefs were preparing the food behind the bar. I had a risotto stuffed with sausage that was crispy on the outside as an appetizer….to die for. And then I also had a light salad which had a wonderful light house dressing. Nick, the chef and son of the owners, helped me pick my dish out. He was very helpful and recommended an amazing dish. It was shrimp with pomodoro sauce (lighter than usual he said) and spinach and garlic. It was perfect. I can’t say anything bad about this place. The service was great. The chefs were nice and helpful and I even got to meet one of the owners. I highly recommend you try this place.
Always great…REAL Italian food. I lived in Calabria for a few months and this is how the food should be!!!
