A self proclaimed pizzeria should be able to 1. Churn out one of their pizzas in a timely fashion and 2. Make it to suit customer requests. Well-done and charred on the bottom are not out of the ordinary requests. The management could not have handled our service worse, and hid in the kitchen when we expressed our displeasure. Even a small-town place can operate in high class!
Everybody really raves about this place but I just dont see it… delivery was late and pizza was mediocre (I have experience working in many pizza shops), and on top of it, the sauce is very tangy. I am assuming that’s the ‘mediterranean’ part, but it still tasted a little funny to my discretion. Its all in what you like!
