Best Cheese Steaks in York County. I have had many Philly Cheese steaks in my day, and no one outside of Philly can make it as good, but Palumbo’s is the best Cheese steak you can get in York County. And just and tip marinara sauce on this does not count as a real cheese steak. This ingredient would make it a pizza steak!
