Growing up in the Valley, Santinos is one of the only nice, sit down restaurants in town. However, today I called in subs for pickup and got terrible results. The girl who took the order was confused and seemed very unprofessional on the phone. It took me 10 minutes just to get through my order. Then when we actually picked up the subs, everything was completely messed up. Hopefully will have a better experience next time.
Those who wrote bad reviews are obviousy ‘plants’…not at all truthful. we are regulars at both the jersey shore and south williamsport locations, ‘italian-americans’ who know good food. but then…little is to be expected of so many who subsist on ‘fast food’ garbage and pizza and who would not recognize real food.try santino’s…you’ll like it.
Terrible Service. Had a horrific 3 hour dining experience, waited forever to get service, no silverware on the table, wrong drinks served. Just a terrible overall dining experience. Food was ok, but the really bad service overwhelmed that. Management didn’t seem to care when we expressed our concerns.
Horrible horrible horrible!!!! The food was so gross and the service sucked!! I’ve been twice now thinking the first time was just a bad day. But nope it’s just a crappy place.
Awesome Italian Food. Working in a field that brings me through Central Pennsylvania I get to stop at a lot of places for a lot of different foods. I stopped in Santino’s last night and the menu looked like an ordinary Italian restaurant but when I got my stuffed shells I quickly found out they weren’t ordinary at all. They were scrumptious. Oh my were they good. I was full after having a salad and that plate of shells but I can gaurantee you that I will be back and will tell all my co-workers to stop on by. I’m thinking it’ll be the Meatball Parmesan for me next time. Darn good food is all I can say.
