Service here is hit or miss. When they decide to finally greet you, they are nice, but too often I am left standing there waiting for someone to greet me. I have a memory of loving their baked goods, but anything I have gotten here recently is ok at best. The prices suggest that it should be one of the best bakeries in town. When I got doughnuts there not long ago, I would swear that they were at least a day old, stale, and still at the full price of $2.50 a doughnut! I didn’t even finish mine. Do yourself a favor and go to Ric’s Bread or La Dolce Vita if you would like to enjoy your baked goods. My favorite item there when I was a kid was their elephant ears, which they never have anymore. I would at least give them a somewhat better review if they still had their amazing elephant ears. Wish they could do better, as this is a prime location and I would spend a good bit of money there if their baked goods were any better than they are.
