A True Gem. I was recently in Lancaster for a conference and I did some light research for a place to go to for coffee the next morning and found Cafe One Eight on US. I loved the atmosphere, coffee, breakfast, and all-around friendly workers so much that I went every morning I was there. The baked oatmeal was delicious as well as the egg sandwiches. And the cafe latte was perfect!

Cafe One 8 is close to the market in downtown Lancaster. There are a lot of cafes in the area but Cafe One 8 stands out. Its a small place but its comfortable. The coffee is very good and the prices are very reasonable. I enjoyed the gorgonzola pear salad and I would have it again. There are a few other things on the menu I would like to try so I will go back.
