Great looking place and a real study in repurposed buildings. Food was very mediocre and not very well prepared. Beer brined chicken was very salty and dry with hard as rock vegetables. Nice place but not much substance.

Excellent food and very nice atmosphere. Historic old cork factory coverted into a hotel and restaurant.

My wife and I had dinner one night and lunch the next afternoon. Very nice. Friendly service and great atmosphere. We stayed at the adjoining hotel. Absolutely try the sweet bologna reuben. The Cork burger was pretty awesome too.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!. We were seated promptly by the hostess and the atmosphere was great! It started going down hill after sitting at our table for 20 minutes before even getting greeted much less no waters! (even when the bus boy walked by our table and we asked for water and he didn’t give us water!!). Our server was terrible, said the soup was a seafood soup and it was delicious! Didn’t even say or know what was in it when 2 guests at the table are deathly allergic to scallops. Literally 20 minutes later she brought our drinks- at that point we asked to see a manager, after 45 minutes at the table! The manager wouldnt come to our table. Then one of our guests walked up to him, Dave Skinner, he did not even apologize to us. He was rude and condescending. We decided to leave after his terrible demeanor. Somwetimes an apology goes a long way! It’s unfortunate we had such a terrible experience! We live 2 blocks away and have a large corporate event coming to town and were hoping we could use this venue. We will never return after just the confrontation of the manager. Such a shame! Seemed like a great place!

Good Food + Good People= Good Times. My wife and I finally got to try the Cork & Cap this weekend. Had dinner there on Saturday with some friends and we could not have enjoyed it more. Great food and a Great atmosphere. We will definitely be going back again in the near future!

Worst burger ever! You read caramelized onions, roasted peppers, Boursin cheese and on the side of the menu a note about how food is hand made, then you get a premaid steamed burger so finely ground that has a consistency of pate, took a bite, disgusting burger. Very nice place, excellent service, but a chef that serves such a disgusting burger should go.

My wife and I had a great dinner last night. The server was fast and pleasant. The food was well prepared and tasty. The surprise of the night was the local wine @ $22/bottle (just saw the same at the store for $18).
