I love it here! Always good service, friendly staff and great food! Too bad I live in York and have to make a special trip every time I want to eat here.
Will not go back. Waiter was rude and not knowledgable about gluten free even though they have a good menu. Had to ask for the manager who was not much better. We finally got our meal after having to ask several questions and repeating the questions as they did not understand them. We both ordered gluten free and we both became sick. Went back a few days later to ask manager question about how we may have gotten sick. He blamed us saying we should not have ordered that food even though it was on their gf menu. Won’t go back . Food not that good and pricey for what we got especially that we got sick a few hours later.
I really like iron hill. It’s great to sit outside in the summer. You have to get the sweet potato fries with the grown sugar dip. To die for.
Expensive, but not worth it!!. Love to frequent Micro Breweries, and decided to give this a try. Sadly, disappointed. Value for what we got wasn’t good. Beer was ok, other brew pubs in Lancaster are better!! Won’t be returning!
I am from Chicago and had a fantastic experience. I ordered the petite filet mignon and it was fabulous. My friends ordered salmon, flank steak, and fisher mans stew. They were all excellent entrees. The German Pilsner was incredible. The server was very knowledgable and his recommendations were spot on. I hope one day I will be able to return. Great food. Great beer, great service, and great atmosphere.
Usually pretty good, but they changed the menu a bit. No more Asian lettuce wraps? Fish and chips is different now. Smaller portion of fish and potato wedges for chips? I miss the old platter. Need a nice hefeweisen on tap.
Loved the beer. The server was very knowledgable about the beers they make on site, and he was able to make good suggestions about what to order. The food was good too. Atmosphere was so-so, it was very crowded and a bit noisy. I’d go again just to try more of their excellent brews.
