Two restaurants with the name. They have great Puerto Rican and Dominican food. The review that talked about Guacamole is referring to La Cocina Mexicana, which I also enjoy.

Latin Girl. I like their food very delicious…only VERY EXPENSIVE!!!! They now weigh everything and $7 gets you a small container of rice & beans plus a small amount of pork roast. I won’t go back…because my wallet can’t take it!!!

Delicious Dominican food right in downtown Lancaster. One of my favorite places to eat in Lancaster City. A generous portion of rice, beans, and a meat in sauce, and don’t pass up on La Cocina’s hot sauce. A red bottle of the sauce sits at every table. I particularly enjoyed the crayfish, but have enjoyed many of their other selections as well. I have always found the staff to be quite friendly and helpful. Also, if they are available when you happen to visit, don’t pass up on the fried plantains. Delicious!

Save yourself a trip! The guacamole was the only good thing — everything else was MARGINAL AT BEST! The service was horrendous! The short haired (only) waitress never acknowledged us for 15 minutes and did the same to the other 4 tables as they slowly came in. Our bill was $70 for 4 adults a child with only 2 beverages. I was so excited from the reviews and came away extremely dissapointed. I also observed room temp raw ground beef in the kitchen sitting out the duration of our meal. ;(

No-nonsense cafeteria style restaurant with great selection. There’s always something new to try. Generous portions at a great price.
