Great food for a good price. Everything I have ever gotten here has tasted great and come out extremely promptly. Every now and then there are a few issues with communication and I have gotten things with cheese when I ordered without. However, despite these minor flaws I recommend it to anyone, especially for a nice diner breakfast.
Went for lunch, absolutely terrible service. The waiter came to the table twice, to take our order without any kind of pleasantries and then to bring our food. We had to ask someone else at the reception area/register for our check. I didn’t receive everything that was supposed to come with the meal and he was never around to ask if our food was good or if we needed anything else. Customer service is key to any business and this place had terrible service. Waiters are expected to have some kind of personality and be there for you, in my opinion he was awful.
Tried it for the first time this weekend. Food was very good and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely go back when I am in the area.
Very good food and service. We have been going here since they opened and have never received a bad meal. We go about once per week! The food is always hot and fresh, and plenty of it. You will not find a better Diner in Lancaster, and trust me when I say we have tried them all! LOL
We ate here on a Saturday night, service was good , very nice and courteous , we were seated right away . Food was plentiful and good !
Horrible. I was there the other day and it was horrible. It took forever for us to be seated and then we had to wait forever to get our drinks. when we finally ordered we waited almost 45 minutes for our food. The food was so bad it tasted like it was spoiled. We sent the food back and ordered something else but when that arrived it wasn’t cooked the whole way and our server said that there was nothing that she could do about it. So we asked to speak to the manager and she came over and caught an attitude with us saying that we should just eat it because she couldn’t do anything about it. I will never go there again nor would I reccomend it to my worst ememy. If you are looking for the best food and service in town head on over to the neptune!!!!!
