Steeplechase Jack's Heroes are the traditional Brooklyn, old-world-style, meat and cheese stuffed flavor bomb sandwiches - now made in Lancaster, PA. These super sandwiches we call Heroes are also known as "subs," "hoagies," "grinders," "po-boys," or "spuckies" - depending on each American city's local-color from which they hail. Our full loaf sandwich, filled with either sliced meats or our house made meatballs topped with melted cheese are perfect to chow down on. We love a splash of olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar or choose one of our family recipe sauces to spread over our New York bread. Besides our Big Brooklyn Heroes we offer ravioli and pasta, a variety of house made side salads, fresh-baked Brooklyn bagels and an ever changing selection of drinks and desserts. We are well known for our Pastrami & Corned Beef Sandwiches on Rye made to order, but also tickle your taste buds with our vegan knishes, soups and pickles!
