We’ve always loved the Taproom but now love the new location on Hazel Street. Great beer, relaxed ( but sometimes hipster) place. Kids are welcome……recommend a half or full flight of beer. $7.50 for 5 beers….yummy.

Just the basics. This was the first stop in bar crawl on a Saturday. At 7:30pm, the place was already packed so our large group filled it even more. There were two bartenders and from what I could see everyone in our group was eventually able to get a beer. Even though the venue is small, the placement of tables and chairs was good. They have a bar shuffleboard which is fun but requires people at both ends of the table since it’s about 12 foot long so on a busy night, it’s impossible to walk back and forth. They offer a good selection of beer and all of which were good quality and flavor.
Went Sunday afternoon,not busy. We walked in, no one greeted us or told us what to do. So we sat ourselves. After waiting awhile, I went to the bar and finally asked for some help. The bartender gave me menus, and told me to come back up to order. I only observed one staff member (the bartender) on the floor tending to the whole bar/restaurant the whole time. The only time I saw someone else was when I complained about my French dip being under cooked. I’m assuming it was the cook (young kid in jeans, tshirt, not very professional). Summary: The beer flavors were alright, French fries good, the food was over priced (especially since it was frozen and had a $2 up charge to turn chips into fries), customer service was poor. The three of us and any of our friends will probably not come back.
Good beer!. Good selection of beer as well as sufficient food items to be good for a late lunch or early dinner.The atmosphere is a little sparse but the staff was knowledgeable and attentive and the patrons were friendly.

Great beer. The brewer is constantly trying new things. Try the peanut butter chocolate stout!
