This is a great little diner. It has a nice clean and maintained appearance. Lots of old school diner appeal. The staff was very friendly and engaging. We wanted for nothing during our trip to the Neptune. They have a very diverse menus but not too big. I had to try the meatloaf and real fresh made mashed potatoes. They did bot disappoint at all but I anticipated that. I ordered a side of corn and expected a nice spoon of regular corn. What I got was a small platter full of roasted fresh corn cut off the cob and perfectly seasoned and buttered. Total surprise and absolutely amazing. We also had the cob salad which was fresh and really nicely present. The portions were hot and generously sized. We both had ice cream Sundays and we’re very happy. Great flavor I cream and topping. Will definitely be back to the Neptune.
