El rodeo customer service problemo. .when we got there there was no host or hostess so a random busy tired to help but it took him 10 mins to figure out what to do..when me and a date asked to sit in a booth he looked at us weirdly and picked a large circular booth so close to the kitchen i could walk in . i asked to be moved to a booth one back and. And still got no waiter. High price poor quality. Crab enchiladas were disgusting. Looked like bread crumbs smashed together with old bay. I’m not sure there was any crab in it. It was spicy although not noted on the menu and the cheese sauce tasted like melted Kraft American cheese. Will not go back. Salsa and other food wasn’t much better.

The food was really good and came out fairly quickly… Their wait staff though wasn’t the best. Had 3 servers walk by us without asking us if we wanted to be seated (took about 5-10 min before we had someone seat us and we were the only persons waiting). They have a good selection and everything I’ve ever tried there has been delivious
The hostess walked me to a table put the menu down and walked away. The food was heftily priced for Lancaster, and it was obviously frozen with freezer burn being the primary flavor left in the corn tortilla, found foreign objects in my salsa, never was asked how my meal was…..good thing because I would’ve had plenty to share….just unimaginatuve Mexican food–reheating not cooking, what a let-down…Only good thing was the server was nice.30 Mar, 2012Worst lunch I’ve had for ten dollars….EVER!
Food B+, Service – varies. I’ve eaten there about four times since they started with their new menu in late 2011. It also appears they’ve done some minor refurbishment of their restaurant (e.g. replacing the tabletops). These both appear to be changes for the better. Over the course of all the times that I’ve eaten there, the food has been pretty consistent standard non-chain Mexican fair (even though it’s a chain). There is variability in the quality of the meat in the fajitas. Sometimes they are nicely cut and occasionally (10-20%) they are fatty. Service also varies with about 80% chance that you’ll get good service and be warned, most of the servers don’t speak English natively.
Best Salsa Fresca & Guacamole in Central Pa. Enough said in the title….I stop by & pick up chips, salsa, & guacamole frequently – even when we’re not eating a meal there. We eat it at home, I take it to parties (& always get asked to bring it again) and I use the salsa to make a special chicken soup. The rest of their food is good too, but I especially love the salsa, guacamole, & chips!We also always have really friendly & fast service. The restaurant is clean & has a nice atmosphere.
