The customer service is AWFUL!!! We ordered two items for delivery. BOTH were made wrong. I called in to get it corrected and was treated like I was lying about how I ordered the items. The owner was rude and disrespectful to me. Literally argued with me about the order I placed because his employee apparently wrote it down wrong. He was unwilling to correct the problem and chose to blame the customer instead. We just bought a home in the area…and we will NEVER order from here again. Way to lose a customer for life…over stromboli. We had ordered here a few time before and the food is good. But treating customers like crap is a really poor business plan.
