Hold Onto Your Stuff. Good atmosphere but hold onto your stuff!!! I recently had $100 cash taken right out of my clutch sitting on a table in the bar. My bad, I walked over to the bar to talk to a friend and my husband was still at the table so didn’t think to take it. He came over to join us and the money disappeared. We were some of the only patrons in the bar at the time except for kitchen staff and servers that were ending their shifts. After contacting them to see if they had heard or seen anything about the cash, the owner didn’t even take the time to apologize! Crappy customer service.
DON’T WASTE TIME/MONEY! Address was wrong online so we spent an hour driving around looking for the place. When we finally got here we weren’t greeted for about 15min. We specifically called in advance to ask about using a gift certificate, and asked the server prior to ordering about it as well. The food was only alright and was terribly overpriced. At the end of the meal the steroid-freak manager informed us we couldn’t use the gift certificate, and proceeded to rudely debate us about having been told we could. The service/management is unbelieveable! Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else!!
Clam strips were huge and great. All food is great. Service is extremely below par.29 Jan, 2013Pricey. But food was great. But service totally sucked. Almost like all the special needs servers in the county work here. Place would be a lot better if they would fire them all and hire pro servers.
OK, would have preferred cloth napkins and a tablecloth for the price of the food. Salad was not cold, mahi mahi was good, drinks were fine, service good but a little slow at times.
Hindsight 20/20. Shortly after moving here from near Atlanta, GA, my husband and I stumbled upon Kyma Seafood Grill. Much to our surprise this was NOT the same Kyma (even though the logo looks IDENTICAL)!! After getting over our disappointment at this discovery we decided to give this place a try..unfortunately, we should have just stopped with our first impression. We found the service mediocre and the menu was reflective of a chef lacking vision-nothing short of a rip off artist! We will not be returning nor recommending to anyone we know.
AWESOME. This is the first review I have ever written. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The food was the best I have tasted in years and we travel for good seafood. We had crab cakes and the filet. The crab cakes were delicious, all crab, very moist with just the right amount of seasoning. I asked the waiter (Greg) which was also awesome to prepare my filet a certain way and it came out perfect and was so tender. The atmosphere was great and I would highly recommened this place. You may pay a little more for the food but you get what you pay for which is outstanding food. On the way home my husband said you are going to get tired of me saying this but that food was the best ever from beginning to the end. Don’t miss out on one of the best restaurants ever. Thanks Kryma for making our night one to remember.
Horrible experience. Service was horrible, food was mediocre but expensive. the rolls were made from synthetic rubber. when we complained teh owner got belligerent. i really thought he was trying to pick a fight. AVOID THIS PLACE
