This is my absolute favorite diner in town! I would highly recommend it to anyone! The hashbrowns on the breakfast menu are to die for and the service is always with a smile. Whether you’re a local or a tourist Lyndon is your best pick for all food
Dishonest cashier or honest mistake?. Paid with visa for a Monte Cristo, Rubin Coke and coffee at lunch. Just saw my Visa, charger 36.01. Cashier (lady tatooed) asked if I wanted to leave a tip with my credit card. I told her to round it off to I think 26$$, she wrote it in, and gave me my receipt. I did not have my reading glasses on (do now) and should have looked closer or added it myself. She got me for an extr 10 bucks and if this was a mistake then my bad, but think not. If others have this same issue then shes scamming. Sorry if it was an honest mistake but do not get the feeling after remembering the entire experience. Food was average and have eaten there before on a rare occasion and years ago
Horrible…like seriously, don’t even waste your time. We went in and ordered our food and waited almost 45 minutes to get it. Then, when we got it, it was cold. The potatoes tasted like they were out of a box, and the gravy tasted like it was either a mix or out of a can. I just don’t take too kindly to that when they charge almost $10 for a hot turkey sandwiches and it’s a bunch of crap from a can. Also, one of the people at our table didn’t even get their food until the other 3 of us were half way done with ours. The thing about that is, the person ordered breakfast, which takes almost no time to make. There is no excuse for that. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
Just a typical diner. I have eaten here several times throughout my life. I’ve never been super impressed, but I’ve never been disappointed either. It’s just a typical diner. They have a pretty good assortment of food and service is usually really good. If you can, request Bo as your server. Ask him about all his other jobs. He’s a hoot!
A very relaxing atmosphere and friendly service (Kevin was great!) but the best part was the food. I’ll be back again just for the cherry pie!
Enjoyed it. I’ve had breakfast here several times and enjoyed it each time. I’ve found it a great place to eat and talk, it’s usually pretty quiet. The service is not fast, but it’s not overly slow, just a little slower than most. The prices are average, not great, but certainly not bad.I enjoyed the times I’ve been there, I can’t remember having anything other than breakfast but the breakfasts have been good. Enjoyable food, and friendly service, actually very friendly.
If you’re not getting the homemade wheat toast with your breakfast, you’re doing it wrong.
